One strategic leadership I believe to be one of my strengths is commitment. For example when I have to do group projects I make sure that everything is done to perfection. Even if Iam not the group leader and I have done my share of the work, I will still follow up and see if I can be of assistance in anyway possible. Also Iam on the soccer team and one way my strength of commitment can be seen is by not drinking 48 hours before a game.

One of my weaknesses is to delegate and empower. Iam a really quiet person and this is a huge problem when it comes to delegating because I keep everything to myself. However Iam slowly getting away from being a quiet person and this will help improve my delegating and empowering skill. A skill that is needed if I would want to be succesful in the business world.

I feel that one mf my major leadership strengths would be commitment. When I commit to a particular goal or vision I am very motivated and focused on what I want the outcome to be and I work hard to obtain the goals I have set for myself and whoever I am working with.
I feel that my weakness would have to be willingness to delegate and empower. I am not a very forceful person and do not like to delegate people and tell them what to do. I tend to take delegation better than doing it myself.

I feel one of my strengths of good strategic leadership would be willingness to delegate and empower. I think this is a strength of mine because as a construction worker you have many responsibilities to fulfill within a certain time frame. Whenever I am on a job site there is always someone who could use a hand fully accomplishing his task which will allow someone else to complete another task.
I feel my weakness in good strategic management would be Being Well Informed. I have never worked for a company large enough to need to employ this technique. So this would be a new technique for me and not something I've been fully exposed to before.

One of my strategic leadership strengths would be commitment. When im assigned to a group i will fully commit to the group by timely completing what is asked of me to the best of my ability.

One of my weaknesses is my willingness to delegate and empower. I dont like telling people what they have to do because i feel that can create hostility between group members and in return hurt the groups overall performance. I feel that groups should break up the work into fair amounts, but not through the force of power.

Out of the six strategic characteristics of good leadership I believe that my strength would be emotional intelligence because I am a very understanding person. I can always read my friends when they are upset or something is wrong and I usually find myself being the one that is the listener or giving advice. I am very motivated especially when it comes to my work if something needs to be done especially when it comes to group work I make sure I am always doing my part as a team member. I am also very friendly and have pretty decent social skills which I believe are necessary when dealing with different people.
I feel my weakness would be the ability to delegate and empower. I am not the type to be dynamic or even tell people what to do. I’m a pretty laid back person and kind of go with the flow of things. When doing group projects I can usually be in agreement with everyone but still have my opinions.

One strategic leadership I believe to be my strongest is commitment. Whenever I set my mind to something I always follow through with it. I always put forth my best effort into completing a project or any situation I am faced with. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist aswell.

I think a weakness that I have is willingness to delegate and empower. I have never really been the one to bark orders out or tell people what to do. Im not really a quite person, but can be shy. Also, I do not like to have all the weight on my shoulders, so I steere clear of the total leader roll.

I believe that my strongest leadership strength is commitment. When I put my mind to a certain goal or task, I complete the goal or task to the fullest of my ability. When I was in high school I played tennis and I made every practice and every game.

My weakest leadership strenght is to delegate and empower. I don't like to tell people what to do. In group projects I like how everyone is working together and that there isn't one leader, so everyone gets things done, not just one person.

I believe that my strengths as a leader in a business setting is in my Commitment to the organization that I work for, in making sure the job is done right and also in a timely manner. During my internship over the summer I had to administer tests to the employees, to help them better understand their job duties and also on how to do them effectively and efficiently. In doing this, I had to learn all of their jobs first in order to teach them the proper way to work. This task was extremely difficult because of a massive language barrier I had with a lot of the employees. During my duration of working their, I showed the employees that I was committed and determined to help them better their skills and also lend them a hand when they needed help. My determination and hard work helped me become a leader to the workers where they learned to listen to what I had to say and not give me the cold shoulder.

One of the six characters that I believe is to be my weakness is in my willingness to Delegate and Empower. I try to take to much responsibility on my shoulders and then quickly become over loaded with tasks that I can’t complete in a timely manner. I need to realize that there are other workers in the office and let them take responsibility for certain decisions.

My strength of good strategic leadership is emotional intelligence. I often find myself settling disputes between customers and workers at work, and between friends at parties. Although I do get emotional myself, I am able to supress the emotions at times of need.

My weakness of good strategic leadership is willingness to delegate power. Growing up I never liked working in groups and often worked alone. I have since learned to work in groups quite effectively but from time to time I still catch myself trying to do things my way instead of considering the others ideas.
