I think everything sounds great. Maybe you should add in the distinctive competencies something about how passionate you are about the industry that will help you be more successful
Ronnie,
The best part about your entry is your ability to adapt to the always changing environment around us. The automotive industry is always looking for new innovative ideas and in the world of customization, the sky is the limit. If you hold to potential to grasp new concepts, along with adding your own special touch, you will be successful in the future. The only thing I would touch up on would be a couple more distinctive things that separate you from others in the field. Whenever I was customization shop shows on TV or competitions, time is of essence. If you could find a way to customize vehicles in half the time it usually takes, I bet you would have a line of customs a mile long at your door.
Ronnie,
While I was looking over your key points involving your mission, vision, values, and distinctive competencies I noticed some strong points involving what you really want to do when you graduate. Your strong points in these topics are in your Values. What you mentioned in that paragraph will show employees and also valued customers how strongly passionate you are in what you do. These key factors will help you succeed in the near future. Your weakness is really hard to find involving your statements. I would say that you nailed all of the aspects that were presented in the assignment. Very well done Ronnie.
Dear Ronnie,
I think that your mission statement, values and vision are great. Don't get me wrong I think your distinctive competencies are good, but you need to add something more. I think you should add something that you have that no one else does. What can you do or what new ideas do you have that nobody else does. Just something to make you as an individual stick out.
Ronnie, judging on the wheelies I've seen you do, its probably a good idea you peruse this career. You seem pretty into it, and your mission values vision and everything sound excellent, the only thing that could maybe make it better is to be more specific about how in your mission
I think everythings sounds good, as for disticinctive competencies I'd specify which businesses that you've worked for, this would give your clients an idea of how qualified you are to work on their vehicles. (ie mention racing and how your not only a driver but a mechanic and how being a driver you need cars to perform and how being a mechanic you can make them perform)
Hi Ronnie,
This is very well done. In addition to the values you hope employees will hold, could you please elaborate about your own values and their source. I think you said in class that you intend to do that in your paper or did actually do it in your first draft.
Will you actually be opening a store and garage immediately upon graduation?
I thought your fellow students gave you some good feedback in their comments.
