Distinctive competencies- good start- things to add are those strengths you have that will help you accomplish your mission and vision
Values-Reliability, punctuality, quality, insight, intelligence and commitment are good- explain each one in your paper
Vision- could just be:"to provide the best in video game entertainment
Mission- need a rewrite- who is your customer? what need are you satisfying? how will you satisfy that need?
