Vision- to become a hotel manger who strives to perfect a strong feeling of comfort and relaxation to a prominant group of customers.
Distinctive Comptencies- I will work diligently to satisfy every customer that walks through the doors of a respected and luxurious environment.

I think the best part about your post is how you are determined to satisfy your customers to the best of your ability. In just about all industries, if you don’t satisfy your customer, you won’t generate profits. I hate to give any criticism, but if I was to work on anything it would be the distinctive competencies. You have the right idea, but try and find something more innovative…something out of the ordinary that will put you ahead of all of your competitors.

I think that your mission and vision are great. You were straight to the point and seems like you know exactly where you want to go after you leave Franklin Pierce. I think that you have some really good attributes and that you will get very far with those kinds of ideas.

Nicole the only thing that I would say is to elaborate more on what your distinctive compentencies are, only because you need to know as an individual what your abilites are.
You seem very eager to achieve your goals. It seems like you kow exactly what you want to do but you could work o your distictive competencies. I kow you have alot of great qualities you just eed to realize what they are.

Try a second draft of each of these. Look up the definitions of mission statements, visions, values, distinctive competencies. Read through some of the other students' entries and my feedback to them.
